Designed learning programmes for McKinsey's Growth, Marketing & Sales (GM&S) global practice, working across all tenure levels from new Associates to Senior Partners. Created the Growth Walkthrough, a web-based virtual learning environment that achieved 90% user satisfaction and 80% retention rates. Developed the Growth Entrepreneurship Acceleration programme, adopted across Asia X and Greater China. Ran an email-based learning challenge that hit engagement 3x the McKinsey norm. Contract extended from 400 to 800 hours.

EY

Brought in under BPSS government security clearance on a public sector transformation programme with EY as main contractor. Led client engagement through scoping and scripting, delivering a full instructional script for a ~2-hour Articulate Rise elearning course. Managed review cycles through to script sign-off within EY's programme governance framework.

YeoValley

Lead learning designer on a management development programme for people managers across YeoValley's operations. PwC

Led the annual update of PwC's global cyber security learning programme, an elearning-based module with acted video elements. Owned high-level design through to final elearning script and assessment questions, managed feedback triage and amends across review cycles, and liaised with Art Direction and Video Direction on production.

How I Work

I come in when there's a specific learning need: a programme to design, a capability gap to close, a change initiative that needs people to come with it. A thread that runs through much of my work is management and leadership development. I help managers lead people, not just processes.

I work embedded in your team or independently, depending on the project. I'm used to managing stakeholders at every level, navigating review cycles, and delivering learning that actually shifts how people think or work. Most of my work comes through repeat engagement or referral.
