Created the Growth Walkthrough, a web-based virtual learning environment that achieved 90% user satisfaction and 80% retention rates. Developed the Growth Entrepreneurship Acceleration programme, adopted across Asia X and Greater China. Ran an email-based learning challenge that hit engagement 3x the McKinsey norm. Contract extended from 400 to 800 hours.
